I love all of the red one's!!! I think these are my fav.
ReplyDeleteAccording to Barrett’s system for sorting photographs this image would be placed in the interpretive category. You were definitely in “directorial mode” when you did this shoot. The humor and pathos of this photograph, as well as its social commentary, is successfully created by your careful attention to the many details of lighting, composition, props, the model’s facial expression, body language and costuming. You “made”, rather than “took” a photograph that comments on real life – and you pushed it over the top in a very amusing manner!
